THE EXPERIENCE
What is an escape room? An escape room is an immersive experience where you and your team are "locked" in a themed scenario with the objective of escaping. However, our doors are not locked as a safety precaution. You will have 60 minutes to work together and unveil the clues in order to solve the series of puzzles leading to your escape!
How long is the whole experience? Our games are 60 minutes long. However, please plan to be on-site for about 75-90 minutes. This includes your 15-minute pre-game briefing and time for photos after you escape!
What is the age requirement? Escape rooms are fun for all ages! However, participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also participating in the experience.
Can we drink before playing? For your safety and the safety of our staff, please arrive sober. Intoxicated players will be turned away without a refund.
Are the rooms wheelchair friendly? Most of our rooms are wheelchair-friendly. If there is a path that is too difficult to maneuver through, our game hosts can escort you through an alternate route. This is the same for families with a stroller.
BOOKING & POLICIES
How do I make a reservation? All bookings must be made online in advance. Simply click "Book Now" at the top of the page to select your game and time.
I'm not sure of my exact team size yet. No problem! Book for the minimum number you're sure will attend. If more people join, you'll pay for the additional players after your game. For groups of 7 or more, one payment method is required for the balance. We don't accept split payments at that size.
What if I need to cancel? All bookings are final and non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we can issue you a gift voucher to reschedule for a later date.
Do I need to sign a waiver? Yes, every player must sign a waiver before entering the game. You can save time at check-in by signing it online here before you arrive.
LOCATION & FACILITIES
Where are the restrooms? We do not have restrooms on-site, however, public restrooms are available inside the mall near the escalators.
Where should I park? Free parking is available in the rear lot behind the building.
What are your hours? Do you accept walk-ins? We love walk-ins! However, our shop hours strictly align with our game schedule. While we stay open late for confirmed bookings, we may close early if the evening is quiet. To ensure we are open and ready for you, we strongly recommend booking online to lock in your time!
Where are we located? We are located in Richmond, VA just 2 miles off I-64. Find us inside, on the top floor of Regency Mall near the elevator just passed Surge. If your booking is after 7:00 PM Monday-Saturday, or after 5:00 PM on Sunday, please park at Entrance Four of the mall across from Starbuck’s, near Twin Hickory Tavern and Foot Locker.
